Too many sesame seeds? - how much per oz for black truffles
I recently took a liking for eating black sesame firsthand. I ate up to 6 oz a day and they greatly appreciate.
From about 3.4 ounces, I can get my daily dose of calcium (to say nothing of magnesium and iron). However, the amount of fat per ounce is 14g. I am not afraid of vegetable fats (vegetable oils, nuts, avocados, etc.), but I can not eat a lot of these things? I have not felt adverse effects such as upset stomach.

They are very nutritious, my only concern is rich in omega-6 oil (and actually not a bad thing) There is a need for a balance between omega-6 and omega 3 and omega-6 level 30,776 mg 5 ounces I suggest that the balance with a minimum of 6,500 mg of omega-3 (fish oil, ground flaxseed, chia seeds)
I had a lot of fat in the right areas, including Acai Berry, say they recognize that the pills have no effect, however, you have to for myself and have been featured on CNN.
